We choose PTFE- and PFAS-free thread sealants for threaded drinking-water connections wherever applicable. Thoughtful materials are part of doing the job properly.

If a problem is covered by our workmanship warranty, we take responsibility and correct it. Our water heater installations include a six-year workmanship warranty; your project’s written quote explains the applicable coverage.

Will the price change once you start?
Your written quote describes the planned work and price. If we discover a concealed condition or something materially different from what was shown or described, we explain it and get your approval before doing additional work that changes the price.
Will you try to sell me work I didn’t ask for?
Our visit is focused on the work you hired us to do. If we find something relevant to a proper installation, we explain what we found and why it matters. You decide whether to approve any additional work.
What about mess and disruption?
We discuss access and water shutoffs, protect the work area and clean up installation debris. For a repipe, we’ll explain any anticipated wall or ceiling openings and clarify what restoration is included in your quote.
What does your PTFE-free philosophy mean?
We choose PTFE- and PFAS-free thread-sealing products wherever applicable for threaded potable-water connections. It’s a specific materials choice—not a claim that every component in a plumbing system is free of these substances. We select products and connection methods suitable for the application.
